Venture Swap is an online marketplace designed to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand buy and sell businesses. We provide tools for listing your business, connecting with buyers, managing due diligence, and closing transactions securely.
Any SME owner or buyer interested in acquiring or selling an SME in Thailand can use our platform. You should have a valid identification (Thai Citizen ID or company registration) and a verified account.
Click Sign Up at the top of the site, enter your email and details, and complete our verification process. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
No. Creating a basic account on Venture Swap is free. Fees are only applied when you list or successfully close a transaction.
For sellers: business registration, financial statements (last 2–3 years), and tax records. For buyers: identification and proof of funds (bank statement or investor letter). We guide you through uploads securely once you start a listing or offer.
